Terms and Conditions | ALL Cleaning Brisbane

By accepting a quote and/or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance and Billing

  • Customers will be billed upon acceptance of the provided quote.
  • Payment is required in full prior to the delivery of services and any associated goods.

2. Pricing Adjustments

  • All quotes are based on standard conditions.
  • Final pricing may change depending on the actual condition of the premises upon inspection.
  • Any changes will be communicated and must be approved by the customer before services commence.

3. Rework Warranty (5 Days)

  • We offer a 5-day rework warranty for all completed services. If you are not satisfied with the results, you may request a free re-clean within 5 days of the original service date.
  • To initiate a rework request, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the areas or items that were missed or inadequately cleaned.
  • Our team will return to address only the specific areas shown in the provided images and originally included in the scope of work.
  • Additional cleaning requests or new areas not documented in the original rework images will not be accepted during or after the re-clean visit.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 4 or more days before the scheduled service date will not incur any fees.
  • If cancellation occurs within 4 days of the booking date, a $50 cancellation fee applies.

5. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided once the cleaning service has been completed.
  • If you are dissatisfied, we encourage you to use our 5-day rework warranty to resolve any concerns.
  • A partial refund may be considered only after a re-clean has been arranged and completed, and specific unresolved issues are documented with photo evidence and fall within the original service scope.

6. Access and Entry

  • Customers must ensure that access to the property is available at the agreed time.
  • If access is not available or is delayed, additional charges may apply.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide a safe and hazard-free environment.
  • Areas to be cleaned must be accessible.
  • Fragile or valuable items should be removed or secured prior to cleaning.

8. Direct Engagement of Cleaners

  • Customers agree not to directly or indirectly hire, solicit, or engage any cleaner provided by ALL Cleaning Brisbane for a period of 24 months after cessation of services.
  • Breaches of this clause may result in financial penalties.

9. Inappropriate Behaviour

  • We do not tolerate inappropriate behaviour towards our staff, including harassment, threats, or discriminatory remarks.
  • Such behaviour may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.

10. Liability

  • ALL Cleaning Brisbane is fully insured.
  • However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or items not declared before the service.
